This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided for purchases made on proteinfatcarbs.in. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a transaction on this website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
We strive to provide high-quality content, coaching, and digital products. However, due to the nature of digital goods and personalised services, refunds are granted under specific and limited circumstances as described below.
All digital products sold through proteinfatcarbs.in — including The Macro Bible, the 12-Week Fat Loss Program, and the Muscle Gain Masterclass — are delivered electronically by download or as a digital file sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be issued. This is because the product has been fully delivered at the point of access, and there is no mechanism to "return" digital goods once they have been received. This policy is in line with standard practice for digital products across India and globally.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us at proteinfatcarb@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue or re-delivering the product.
Coaching programs involve significant time, effort, and personalised resources committed on our end from the moment your program begins. For this reason, once a coaching program has commenced and the personalised plan — including your nutrition strategy, meal plan, or training program — has been delivered to you, no refund will be issued.
If you have made a payment for a coaching program but the personalised plan has not yet been delivered to you, and you wish to cancel within 48 hours of making the payment, you may request a partial refund. In such cases, we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis taking into account any onboarding work or preparatory consultations that have already been conducted. The refund amount, if approved, will be at the discretion of Rishi Datt Vaishnav.
Requests made after 48 hours of payment, or after any part of the program plan has been delivered, will not be eligible for a refund under any standard circumstances.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions described above, please send an email to proteinfatcarb@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following details:
Your full name, the phone number or email address used at the time of purchase, the product or program name, your payment reference or transaction ID (if available), the date of purchase, and a clear description of your reason for requesting a refund.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and communicate our decision to you in writing. Please do not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us directly, as doing so may complicate the resolution process.
Notwithstanding the general policy above, we will issue a full refund in the following exceptional circumstance: if a genuine duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error — for example, if your account was charged more than once for the same transaction — the excess amount will be fully refunded once we have verified the duplicate charge. Please contact us with your transaction details and we will resolve this within 7 working days.
Refunds will not be issued on the basis of a change of mind, failure to achieve desired fitness results, personal circumstances unrelated to service delivery, or dissatisfaction with results where the program was followed but outcomes did not meet personal expectations (as individual results are inherently variable).
Once a refund has been approved by us, the amount will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway, and is outside our direct control after we initiate the transfer.
If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe after our confirmation, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at proteinfatcarb@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
