proteinfatcarbs.in offers online fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and digital educational products. Our services include but are not limited to personalised nutrition consulting, body transformation programs, muscle gain and fat loss coaching, and self-guided digital products such as e-books, meal plans, and training guides.
All coaching services are delivered remotely via WhatsApp, email, or video call as mutually agreed. The scope, duration, and deliverables of each coaching engagement will be confirmed with you individually before the program commences.
It is important to understand that results are not guaranteed. Fitness outcomes depend significantly on individual factors including your adherence to the program, starting fitness level, metabolic rate, sleep quality, stress levels, lifestyle choices, and consistency of effort. While we apply proven methodologies and personalised planning, the results you achieve will be proportional to the commitment and discipline you bring to the program.
All prices for services and digital products are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before any coaching program commences or any digital product is delivered.
For one-time digital products, full payment is required at the time of purchase. For coaching programs, the full program fee is payable upfront unless a specific instalment arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing between you and Rishi Datt Vaishnav prior to enrolment. Instalment plans, where offered, must be adhered to; failure to complete agreed instalments may result in suspension of coaching services.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway.
In the event of a failed or bounced payment, access to coaching services or digital products may be withheld until the outstanding amount is cleared.
You agree to provide honest and complete information about your current health status, any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications before beginning any program. Withholding relevant health information that may affect the safety of a recommended program is done entirely at your own risk, and we shall not be held responsible for any adverse outcomes arising from such omissions.
You agree to follow the program as prescribed to the best of your ability. Deviating significantly from the provided plan without informing your coach may impact your results. While we understand that life circumstances change and flexibility is sometimes required, open communication with your coach is expected throughout the coaching engagement.
All program materials — including but not limited to meal plans, workout guides, nutrition documents, and any written or digital content provided as part of a coaching program or digital product — are strictly for your personal use. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or publicly post any part of these materials without explicit written permission from Rishi Datt Vaishnav. Unauthorised sharing is a violation of intellectual property rights and may attract legal action.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, program structures, meal plans, workout templates, e-books, brand identity, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Rishi Datt Vaishnav and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
