My Story

From confused beginner
to transformation coach.

I wasn't always the person who knew what to eat or how to train. Like most people, I started my fitness journey confused β€” eating less than I should, training more than I needed, and getting almost nowhere.

The turning point came when I stopped following trends and started following science. I studied how the body actually works β€” how macronutrients fuel performance, how muscle is built, how fat is lost without destroying your metabolism.

What I discovered changed everything. Not just for me, but for the hundreds of clients I've since guided through real, lasting transformations.

Today, my approach is built on one belief: you don't need to suffer to change. You need to eat right, train smart, and understand your own body. I teach you all three.
