No — home gym, commercial gym, or bodyweight-only options are all available. Your program is built around what you actually have access to, not what you should theoretically have.
Most clients see visible changes in 4–6 weeks. Scale weight often moves in the first 2 weeks. Significant physical transformation typically happens between weeks 8 and 12 — which is why the minimum coaching period is 3 months.
Yes — 100% Indian food. Dal, roti, rice, sabzi, curd, paneer — all of it. Regional preferences are respected too. You won't be asked to eat foods you don't like or don't have access to.
Always consult your doctor first — that's non-negotiable. That said, I work with most conditions including thyroid, PCOS, diabetes, hypertension, and joint issues, adjusting the program with appropriate modifications. Mention your condition during the consultation call.
You'll receive a maintenance plan so you know exactly how to sustain your results independently. Many clients choose to continue with a lighter check-in plan — but there's no pressure. The goal is always to make you self-sufficient.
